I’d highly recommend Fi to anyone needing sports massage. She’s really thorough and communicates with you throughout to make sense you’re both feeling the same thing – she’s level 5 qualified and you can really tell the difference! I compete in sport pole and my body takes a battering from it.  The first time I saw Fi I’d been struggling with scar tissue over a rib for the best part of 4 years, which she sorted completely in 1 session. She’s made a huge difference to my training and recovery already and I see her as an essential part of keeping my body in one piece!

Fi has an amazing understanding and awareness of the body.  She spotted within 60 seconds of me entering the room that I have mild lumbar scoliosis without me saying anything.  She was highly professional and so friendly. After the 1st session I felt instant relief from headaches and hip pain caused by muscle imbalance up and down my back. It was a huge relief and allowed me to function, work and sleep much better. Fi is friendly and professional and genuinely cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her.
